One Friday afternoon a month The Meeting Place is transformed into a classic cinema showing classics such as Brief Encounter, It's a Wonderful Life and Top Hat on the big screen.   This Friday (15th July) we have the finest of all the  Ealing Comedies The Lavender Hill Mob starring Alec Guiness, Stanley Holloway and Sid James and featuring a cameo from Audrey Hepburn.

We aim to span the genres to celebrate the full scope of early to mid twentieth century cinema from love stories, through comedy and thrillers to full blown Hollywood song and dance musicals.  Entry is free with refreshments for sale beforehand to help cover costs.  To find out more click the button below and send an email.
